Turanz Trading specializes in streaming data analysis that is required for troubleshooting and monitoring real-time traffic across the network. Telemetry, Netflow, UC Analysis, Logs, Packet Analysis, Call Detail Records, RTCP, Queries, and File Records – all of these are analyzed for a complete view into the communication layer and the underlying network performance.
Turanz Trading has a product that records analytics from various platforms such as Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Skype, etc. to help its customers in analyzing call quality and use the data efficiently. Customized reports and comprehensive analytics give their customers a streamlined experience while resolving quality issues.
Though it had a wide range of platforms included in its portfolio, they wanted to include Microsoft TEAMS as well on the list. With remote offices becoming increasingly prevalent, they recognized that adding TEAMs would prove to be convenient for many of its customers. While TEAMS CQD provides some insights, the product required a more detailed analysis to enhance transparency for the users.
One of the key challenges was to use data from TEAMs which is generally not visible on the CQD but is available at the backend for developers. They were also looking to develop formula and algorithms which can assist TEAMs users to identify an exact issue related to call quality.
The team at Electrum IT Solutions saw through the challenges and suggested developing a solution that will allow them to add Microsoft TEAMS analytics as well to their portfolio. Highly skilled developers at Electrum IT Solutions worked on developing the formulae and algorithms required to extract the required information from TEAMs such as pinning capability, gitter, Upload/download speed, and Network downtime.
The deployed solution can extract 50 dimensions and 20 measurements from TEAMs CQD which was previously not possible. It is worth noting that all of these are configurable. This robust and efficient solution also includes the flexibility of building customized reports, providing more transparency to their clients.
With Microsoft TEAMs added to the list, Turanz Trading is now able to provide quality analysis of each call placed via TEAMs in form of reports and Dashboards. The developed formulae help identify the exact quality issue and act upon them at the earliest. This has also resulted in a significant increase in productivity for their customers.
